I have never slept so soundly through the night as I do now since taking Agel MIN
I have Agel MIN everyday & it varies what time of day I have it.
If I have it in the evening it helps me get a good nights sleep, it seems to have a calming effect.
I try not to have it too close to having a coffee, because we all know how coffee leaches nutrition, & I figure if you are taking it you may as well get the benefit of it.
This morning I tried MIN on my muesli & yogurt instead of EXO & it gives breakfast a real tingley flavour, I’m going to do that again for shore…
